Once you mail the test back in, it can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to get the results.

The DUTCH test is a non-invasive urine and/or saliva test that can be done in the comfort of your own home. Your DUTCH testing kit will provide an in depth explanation of how to take the test and when.

If you are having a regular cycle you will take the test between days 19-22 of your cycle. If your cycle is longer, add the number of days you go beyond 28. If your cycle is shorter you will subtract those days. For irregular cycles I recommend using an ovulation kit to determine when ovulation occurs and testing 5-8 days after. For non-cycling or menopausal women the test can be taken at any time.

Unfortunately, the DUTCH test is not currently reimbursable through insurance.

On your 60 minute call we will take you through your results in depth, taking a look at where things may be going wrong and make recommendations for you moving forward. After your consultation you will receive a follow-up email that details out your results, and provides an initial protocol for you to get started on.
